If the item you are ordering is in stock, we will generally ship the day following your order. On occasion, depending upon the time of your order, we will ship the day of the order. We prefer to ship UPS but will ship via the United States Post Office if your address dictates it. If you are ordering within the US and only have a post office box for an address, please place your order using USPS Priority Mail.
Upon placing your order, you will automatically receive an email confirmation/invoice from us. This invoice should be kept if your local customs agency requires proof of value. While we include an invoice with each parcel, they are sometimes lost or misplaced in transit. Should your customs agency require an invoice that has been lost or misplaced, and you do not have yours, please contact us via email, and we will provide another.
The shopping cart only allows for the calculation of charges based upon USPS Global Airmail Parcel Post & USPS Global Express. We have chosen USPS as our shipper of choice for international shipping because of their track record of reliability and reasonable fees. The fees for shipping charged by us do not include any import or VAT fees that your country may impose. These fees, if any, are your responsibility.
